Living-Legacy Process

THE LIVING-LEGACY PROCESS IS
DEFINED WITH THREE SIMPLE PHRASES:
IMPACT, INTELLECTUAL SENSITIVITY AND VISION

3 step process

Impact is defined as having the capacity of delivering tangible results based on a client's needs for a properly executed estate plan to preserve financial wealth and integrity.

Intellectual Sensitivity is the level of closeness that is not found in typical relationships in estate planning. This connection withstands the test of time and incorporates the true wealth transfer, which is integrity with value.

Vision allows us to create a compelling picture of what estate planning can achieve for the benefit of an individual and/or their family without compromising their future years of enjoyment.

This is a highly introspective approach to estate planning which requires a great deal of attention to people's needs. Not only are emotional and psychological issues addressed, but the process also relieves the anxiety experienced by not addressing the issues of transferring values from one generation to the next. There is a high level of fact-finding and gathering of information to create an intimate sense of relationship-building over time. This enables the individual to create a technical sense of vision backed by an emotional sense of well-being. At D.H. Gould Company, we feel that this introspective approach breaks down the barriers that cause procrastination in pursuing estate planning.
